SPEAKERS
Speakers are requested to send their powerpoint presentation the week before the meeting to symposium24@maastro.nl, to allow for efficient switching between speakers.
Alternatively, you can hand in your slides at the registration desk from Monday morning onwards.
Use of your own laptop in principle possible but is discouraged due to the time needed to hook up computers.
POSTERS
Poster boards (and mounting material) will be provided at the Conference. The maximum size of a poster is 1.21 m (vertical) by 1.01 m (horizontal). Your poster can be mounted at any time between the start and the end of the Conference. You are kindly requested to remove your poster by the end of the Conference on Wednesday April 10, lunchtime.
